Oven baked asparagus crepes – INSTRUCTIONS

Oven baked crepes, stuffed with asparagus tips, cream of asparagus and covered with a silky bechamel. Pinenuts and poppy seeds on top and the taste is perfect!suoicsul

You can accompany this luscious dish with a glass of a rosè sparkling wine or, if you’re not into wines, with a blonde beer.

HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REHEAT YOUR ASPARAGUS CREPES!

Oven (From Chilled):

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C.
  2. put your crepes in the oven with all the wooden tray, after having unwrapped it. Just please be careful that the tray or the liner do not touch the hot elements of the oven.
  3. Leave your crepes in the oven for 10 minutes, until piping hot.

THIS DISH IS FREEZABLE, JUST REMEMBER TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE FREEZER AND PUT IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR THE NIGHT BEFORE.

HOW TO DISPOSE OF THE PACKAGING:

This dish is wrapped up with a film that must be disposed of in the generic waste. The wooden tray is 100% Compostable and you can dispose of it in your GREEN WASTE BIN
